Away from seaside screens and highlander stalls, in a small village located in the Beskid Niski, near the mountain Magiel, at the very end of the convoluted (and unpaved) street… there is nothing… except our house, of course;)
Not just any house, we will not be modest – modern, with a bit of luxury, in a modern barn style. It is not an overrated highlander cottage or a log house. It is a combination of modernity, simplicity, comfort and aesthetics with peace and quiet and blissful nothingness around.
The cottage is located in Glinik Polski in Podkarpacie. It is a tiny village with a great history. During World War II, the front line ran here, and at the beginning of 1945 fierce battles between the Germans stationed near Nowy Glinik and the Russians attacking from the east took place here. Today, only 600 inhabitants live here, so we do not know what smog and traffic jams mean. Perhaps Podkarpacie is called by some the end of the world (or at least Poland), but how nice, clean, quiet and peaceful here!

If you want, you can prepare your own food or eat in a nearby restaurant. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner induction hob, fridge, cookware and cutlery. However, if you plan a completely lazy rest, without standing by the pots, we recommend the nearby restaurants – Zajazd Country in Łężyny (5km), Borsówka in Tarnowiec – dinner with delivery (8 km), Pizzeria Antica in Dębowiec (8km), Restaurant Dolina Trzech Stawów in Dębowiec (9km), Pizza Punkt in Nowy Żmigród (10 km), Zajazd Pod Małym Laskiem in Kąty (12 km) and many other bars, pizzerias and restaurants in the city of wine – Jasło, approx. 10 km away. A proposal for supper is a bonfire or barbecue under the stars, on the terrace. For breakfast, we offer products from a nearby, friendly farm.
bedroom
The cottage has one separate double bedroom and three beds in the combined part – two on the mezzanine (one single and one double) and one on the ground floor (double). Our house is a great offer both for a family holiday and just for two. In our opinion, five people can rest here in comfortable conditions, but if there are six of you, it should also be okay. We guarantee that you will not be woken up by the city noise or malicious neighbors. Here, no one is drilling overhead, no one turns on the vacuum cleaner on Sunday at 5 am, no one is chased out of bed at dawn. You can drink your coffee in front of the TV or in bed and calmly think what you are going to do today … Unless you prefer laziness and carefree aging all day, then go ahead! PS. We provide bed linen.

Fully equipped bathroom – if you want to stay longer, you have a washing machine and a clothes dryer at your disposal. PS. We provide towels.

some important information
· The price per night is PLN 550 (for more than 5 people an additional fee – PLN 50 / person)
· The hotel day starts at 3:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m. next day.

· Due to the intimate interior and quiet nature of the place, our cottage is a great offer for a family holiday or for two, it is also great for organizing stag parties and hen parties.
· For the sake of our customers (who are, for example, allergy sufferers) and due to the high standard of our services, unfortunately we do not accept animals.
· The house is equipped with free Wi-Fi and despite its location there is no problem with constant access to the Internet and a mobile network, which makes it a great offer for people who want to work remotely in a quiet place.
⋅ Access to the cottage includes a partially unpaved dirt road, it is not some hardcore offroad and can be easily reached by car, in winter the road is cleared of snow, but there may be a puddle or a snowdrift.
